50 years of DAB: celebrating three unforgettable days of innovation and connection

The celebrations began by welcoming key customers and partners from around the globe to guided tours of DAB’s factories in Mestrino, Bientina, and Val Liona. Guests also enjoyed a variety of engaging and interactive activities designed to make everyone feel part of the DAB family.

On September 23, international guests gathered for an elegant evening at Villa Giovannelli Colonna in Noventa Padovana. This historic and breathtaking venue set the perfect atmosphere for meaningful conversations, shared memories, and new collaborations.

On June, Tuesday 24^th,the last DAB Birthday party of the summer period took place in Milan, at Triennale Milano, a renowned cultural institution and museum dedicated to design, architecture, and the visual and performing arts, located in the heart of Milan, inside the Palazzo dell’Arte in Parco Sempione.

With more than 100people attending (DAB team, installers, and distributors), the day was all about creating an engaging experience, through technology, gamification activities and entertainment.

After an opening speech, guests were invited to take part in a series of activities, among which the race with remote-controlled cars on the fully branded DAB track proved to be the most entertaining of all.

The event continued with a comedy performance by Cristiano Militello, a well-known comedian and Italian television personality, who successfully engaged the audience and contributed to a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

The EsyBox Max assembly competition was the last activity of the day: winners were awarded on stage, and the event wrapped up with an aperitif on Parco Sempione’s scenic terrace.

On June 19th, Valdepeñas in the province of Ciudad Real, Spain, DAB Birthday party took place. The event brought together around 90–95 participants, including DAB colleagues from Spain and several customers. What began as a simple celebration turned into a truly memorable occasion.

The day kicked off with a product showcase, where guests had the opportunity to explore DAB main solutions. A guided tour of a historic wine cellar followed, offering a unique insight into the region’s traditions and heritage.

In the evening, attendees enjoyed a dinner featuring typical local cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The event received very positive feedback from participants. The Valdepeñas gathering was a success and will remain a memory for all those who attended.

DAB Mexico birthday party brought together 75 participants, including DAB colleagues, installers, industry engineers, architects, and customers, fostering a dynamic atmosphere filled with networking opportunities.

From the welcoming speech to the presentation of DAB’s history and products, the entire day was designed to actively engage attendees through interactive learning and hands-on experiences. Guests participated in live demonstrations, workshops about connectivity, virtual reality sessions, and a timed EsyBox Max assembly challenges, all offering a close look at DAB’s solutions.

Thanks to the collaboration between the HQs and Mexican teams, this special event proved to be a valuable occasion to further strengthen relationships with key decision makers in the pump installation sector.

Fifty years of innovation, passion, and commitment deserve to be recounted in the words of those who made it all possible: the people of DAB. For our 50th anniversary, we have chosen to tell our story authentically, through the voices of the people who live DAB every day. who represent our identity and tell the story of our journey. To this end, we asked all our people to share a word that encapsulates the essence of their experience at DAB.

As we celebrate DAB 50th anniversary, every event becomes an opportunity to share this milestone, whether it’s with customers, suppliers, or partners, at trade fairs, conferences, or local visits.

The 18th edition of MEDIBAT (Mediterranean Building Exhibition) was one of these occasions. MEDIBAT is a biennial event that has promoted innovation, partnerships, and business development in the construction sector across the Mediterranean and Africa for over 30 years. The 2025 edition took place from May 21 to 24, 2025, in Sfax, Tunisia hosted around 300 exhibitors from over 15 countries, including Italy.

Fifty years ago, DAB was born. A name that now represents half a century of experience, growth, and transformation. Since 1975, we have undergone profound changes, evolving from a local company to an international presence in the world of water movement and management. It has been a journey built together, day by day, thanks to the people who believed in this project and carried it forward with passion and responsibility. Today, fifty years after that first step, we celebrate this milestone with a symbol that, to us, is much more than just a logo: it is a declaration of identity, memory, and future.

We wanted our 50-year logo to truly reflect who we are—not just a graphic sign, but an image that holds our history and our vision of what lies ahead.

Following the announcement of our 50th anniversary earlier this year, the first DAB celebration events have officially kicked off. We are commemorating this important milestone with customers, colleagues, and business partners, thanks to the events planned around the world throughout the whole year.

The first stops on this global journey took place in Sicily, with vibrant events in Palermo and Catania, on April 8th and 10th.
These gatherings were designed to offer an immersive and engaging experience with our latest technologies.

Attendees had the opportunity to interact directly with our most advanced solutions.  From hands-on demonstrations to interactive challenges, we created moments designed to spark curiosity, reward skill, and deepen connections. With over 160 installers attending both events, the Sicilian celebrations were also a powerful opportunity to bring together long-time partners and new faces, strengthening relationships and cheering the trust our customers place in us every day.
And this is just the beginning. Our celebration tour will continue all year round. Follow our journey! We’ll keep sharing highlights from each stop along the way.

Our journey to celebrate DAB 50 years made its latest stop at Cinecittà World (Rome), a movie-themed amusement park, on May, Tuesday 27th.

With 80 installers attending, the day was all about creating an engaging experience, blending technology, challenges, and entertainment. After an opening speech, guests were invited to take part in a series of hands-on activities, including live product demonstrations and timed EsyBox Max assembly challenges. One of the most entertaining moments of the day was a race with remote-controlled cars on a fully branded track, offering a fun and unexpected twist to the technical focus.

The event continued with a comedy performance by Paolo Migone, a well-known Italian comedian and television personality. To conclude the day, all participants took part in a final EsyBox Mini assembly competition: winners were awarded on stage, and the event wrapped up with a cheerful farewell.
